Hi - I bought a holox 321 from e bay - not realising it wasn't a holux. after a lot of difficulty i used the link from the cd to get to http://www.tomtom.com/support/index.php?Language=1&FID=3236

i followed the instructions there and all was ok and i now have a gps connection. hope it works!!
