OS GPS Convertor for Plam

I am looking for a way to convert OS grid references into Tomtom Navigator 5 destinations or POI's for the Palm.

The 'OS GPS Convertor' by Barry Davies (which converts from Ordnance Survey British & Irish grid references or latitude & longitude values to POI or itinerary locations) looks to be ideal, but it seems to be just Pocket PC format.

Is there a way to use this on a Palm, or is there something out there that will do a similar job.
