Fortuna External Arial

I have a CF Card Fortuna GPS receiver which works fine, but would I get a stronger and more stable signal if I bought an external arial for it. If so, is there one that will fit and where can I buy it from?

Reception is nearly always better with an external antenna, you can locate it in the best position for optimum reception and it is removed from any electrical noise at the receiver.



Fortuna make an external antenna specifically for this receiver but I can't seem to find a stockist, perhaps an approach to the outlet where you bought it may help? Alternatively it uses an MCX connector so any external antenna that uses this connector should fit.
