TT5, CF GPS and WM5

My TomTom setup used to consist of TomTom 5, WM2003 and a GlobalSat BC-307 Compact Flash GPS Card, no problems.

I've just upgraded my Axim X50v to WM5 and i'm a little confused.

In Settings on the PPC there's now a GPS section in built to WM5, but i can't select Compact Flash as a port, only COM's. Do I set up GPS here or still within TomTom?

I can't seem to get a GPS signal either way I try it, the light is just constantly on on the GPS reciever even when TomTom isnt running.

Any help would be great!
