Transfering software downloads to different device

Bought a tomtom GO 300 yesterday. Downloaded some voices for it using the device id in the device info screen.

The screen on the unit failed today and it was swapped. Thing is, now my voices don't work cus the ID has changed.

Is it possible to get them transferred? I dont want to have to pay for them again.

I find the tomtom site really slooooow. I cant find a way to contact someone over this issue.

Any ideas?

Sorry, but the TomTom Customer support is your only way of getting this to work. Keep trying.

Surley Tomtom should give you the voices again without charge as they will have a record of your purchase.
