How do you access the Activation Code screen on Tomtom One

I have just bought TT One which has V5.4 software and having registered my product with Tomtom, saw that a newer (dated Nov05) Version is now available for downloading from tt site. So following intructions I submitted on the Internet my Product & Device codes before receiving the Activation Code. However, try as I might, I could not access the Activation screen on my device to input the Activation code.
Can anyone help please. I have asked TT via Email, but am still awaiting reply. Tried by telephone but could not connect to Customer Service yesterday as ther were too busy to answer.

i bought mine yesterday same version as yours ..... does not need codes etc, just follow instructions,,, older software requires activation codes etc not ours Wink

I've never needed an activation code to update the firmware. You only need one to activate a new product (map set). If an activation code is required, the relevant screen will appear, believe me!
