PocketMap software won't detect the GPS for a NAVMAN 570

I had a Navman pin100 and changed to a Navman 570. The GPS on the 570 is Com8, 9600. The software says it can't find a GPS device. On the old Navman pin100 the GPS was set to com2/4800 and worked fine.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Set it to com2/4800 and it will work fine?

I believe I have tried all of the comports but will try it again. Any other suggestions if that doesn't work?
