I upgraded my Ipaq 2210 to TT 5.21 and since then on most journeys it turns itself off at random at ever shortening intervals. I have reverted back to 5.1 and this works OK doesn't shut my Ipaq down. Is it worth sorting the problem to get 5.21 to work or should I save the effort and just stick with 5.1

If anyone knows a solution then I'll try it as being on the most current release would be preferable.

Thanks

Graham

I'll fire up my 2210 and test this as I haven't heard any other reports of such an issue.

Can you tell me what GPS set-up you have?

Hi

I run my 2210 in a Seidio Mount (this is hard wired into the car always on) The GPS is a cabled unit which plugs into the mount (I'll check the make on the way home) On TT5 it is set to "Other". The GPS Signal first goes through GPS Gate but the condition exist either with or with GPS Gate. GPS gate uses a virtual output and from that I can also run GPS Speed Sentry if I wish. The switching off doesn't seem to be effected by using or not using GPSGate, Running or not running GPS Speed Sentry and running or not running POI Warner.

When I want to get the Traffic updates I conect to my mobile via bluetooth.

Hope this gives you what you want.
