Problem witch Hp6340, tomtom5, Acore

I have a HP6340 and GPS software TT5, GPS reciver Acore AG-600.
My problem is that the GPS and TT5 never ben conected, I have try everything even wireconection mode.
Please help me..

- make sure the receiver is set to NMEA mode
- on the 6340, subscribe to the serial port service of the receiver (pairing is not required)
- in Bluetooth settings make sure the outgoing serial port COM7 is enabled (encryption is not required)
- in TTN, select Other BT or Other cable (doesn't matter) and then select COM7
