Co Pilot Live 6 Install

Have just recieved the pack for Co Pilot Live 6 PPC, and despite my best efforts cannot get it to work. The program installs fine, asks for a restart, and then after the restart, if I click on the co pilot program, I get a brief flash of blue keyboard at the botom and then nothing. Id I look in running progarms there is nothing, but after trying this, I try any other program, the machine locks on the egg timer/square timer, and will only release with a soft reset? Any suggestions would be gratefully recieved. I have installed lost of other progs without a problem.
