Hi everyone

got the TT300 at the weekend and have had a good look around here for some sw to add onto the SD card and im having a couple of problems:

I got the camera database and loaded it on, eventually I got the data.chk file for all the voices to go with it (do I need to keep the olddata.chk file on there?)

However Im now just trying to download the Vader and Yoda files and Im having a problem with copying to the card, it seems to loack up and eventually come up with a failed to copy message "file too deep".

I had this before when the voices were already on there and because the card was nearly full when I wanted to add the ned data.chk file for spoken POI alerts I removed the old data.chk file instead of renaming it...each time I tried to copy across the file (I downloaded the correct one from this site 5.201 version) it froze and came up with file too deep or could not copy........so I removed the voices to free up space and renamed the old data file and it worked fine....now I wanted to put one of the voices back and even though there is apparently enough space it will not copy!?

any ideas? is the sd card simply too full or am I doing something wrong?

sounds like the card is too full. Consider getting a bigger card.

You can also remove some of the instruction voices that you are sure you will never use (russian, estonian, etc)

cheers mate, just sorted both out.......i's already deleted the french and german voices and just ordered a new SD card (£15 for 512mb wasnt bad I thought)

I thought it may be a space issue but wasnt sure, am I right in thinking that to have the spoken POI's you need both the new and old data.chk files on the card?
