Question regarding CoPilot software

Hi guys,

Newbie here so go steady.......

I recently purchased an Acer n35 GPS PDA which came bundled with CoPilot Live 5 (i think). The CoPilot software bundle included a back-up CD, a CoPilot SD card and registration codes.
After inserting the CoPilot SD card, the software installed and I registered it online using the codes provided.
Unfortunately, I really didn't like the CoPilot software and hence uninstalled it from the SDcard & PDA, opting to put Tom Tom on the card instead.

My questions are:

1) Am I able to sell-on the CoPilot back-up CD and registration codes without the SDcard (as it's now just blank with the exception of my Tom Tom files).

2) Is this allowed?

3) Can CoPilot be installed from the backup CD onto any other SD card and be activated to work, or have I done something stupid and irrepairable by deleting the files from the SD card?
