Help changing the menu screen

hi have have had my pda stolen ! so have now got a new one but ive lost all the config obiously , using these forums before i managed to change the navigation menu so on main menu screen 1 there was navigate to find alternative advanced planning and view route, ive been looking and searching for ages and cant fine how to do this again can anyone help ?
