Hi folks
Have just bought a 520
I was told by the saleman that its possible to plan the route on your PC and upload it to the Navman but I can't see how.
All i see on the PC Software is the UK highlighted showing I have maps to cover that area.
Am I missing something obvious ?
Cheers

No, you have been misled. You cannot plan a route on the PC and transfer it to your iCN520. You can only plan routes, be they A to B or A to D via B and C, on the device itself. _________________ Tim |

D@m !!
I quite like the unit but I'm tempted to take it back and demand a refund !
Thanks for your quick reply.
Incidently do you know if this facility is available on any of the others, Tom Tom , Garmin etc

I can plan routes on my PC for my Garmin GPS V and I believe that you can do it for most, if not all, Garmins which use CitySelect or CityNavigator. You can also do this with Co-Pilot, I believe. It isn't possible with TomTom. _________________ Tim |
