Garmin i3 vs. TomTom GO 300

Can anyone point me to a head-to-head review of these two systems?
Or else just post your opinions here of course.

The i3 is cheaper with Navteq map data, the GO 300 is larger with Teleatlas mapping.

I have been keeping an eye on the GOs ever since they first came out, but have recently bought an i3 for my wife. I may use it myself sometimes in place of my iPaq TT5 set up.

One other point is that Garmin seem to be much quicker at getting their bug fixes released!
