Confusing interface... where am I now?

Hi,

I'm using TTGO 5.202 and am having trouble (maybe it's just me!) understanding the TTGO interface when it comes to current location and next road/junction, etc.

I know you can set it to display your next road/junction in the top right of the screen, but does the text at the bottom of the screen (below the status bar) also do this? I thought this displayed the current road, but it doesn't seem to. Sometimes it gets stuck (for instance I was travelling down the M62 and the text read "Back Lane"!!). M62 is not what I would call a back lane! And neither is the M18 which was my next road.

So I'm thinking either this is supposed to display my current location or my next road (which seems odd since you can display it in the top right as well). Which is it? In any case it isn't working very well.

It confuses a lot of people.

The bottom line shows the 'next road' when routeing, but the current road when routeing is turned off.

I hope I haven't confused you more.

Personally I turn that line of the display options off.
