tom tom docking shoe

I wondering if anyone can help, I'm trying to get hold of a tom tom go 300 docking shoe (to no avail), do I need to buy the complete mounting kit or is it available as a seperate part?
My husband and I share a tom tom but he needs to use the alternative mounting kit, which comes without the docking shoe, we don't really want to buy the complete mounting kit if there's no need to.
Apologies if there is a post on this already, but a search came up with nothing - I'm not having much luck with this all round!.

I haven't seen them sold seperately. Perhaps if you posted on For Sale/Wanted someone might have one.

According to the TTgo accessories book page 12, additional mounts are available, the part number 9D00.013 is listed on page 18

I think that the only way to get a "shoe only" is to buy the external aerial. This, unfortunately, is more expensive than a new mounting kit.

If your screen mount is the same as ther one shown in the picture, it is fragile and will probably break soon at the sucker fixing. If this happens, a call to TT will get you a new mount for free. I don't think they want the old broken bits back. The shoes have the same fixing.
