We asked TomTom whether their Mobile 5 product would would with the Windows Mobile 2005 Smartphone (eg Imate SP5). In their usual helpful way, they replied with just a link to Navigator 5.
I know I have a much better chance appealing to this knowledgeable group than Tomtom (I'm sorry about the comparison - I know it's not saying much!).
Does anyone know if TomTom Mobile 5 works on a Windows Mobile Smartphone 2005? Have you actually seen it working?

I am currently trying to install Tomtom Nav 5 onto my new MDA pro running Windows mobile 2005 , everytime the software begins the install after showing applications to be installed the pc show an application error
Can anyone help, please |

Although I haven't received my XDA Exec yet I understand the solution is to install directly from the .cab files rather than using the TomTom installer.

Darren that worked great I have managed to install the Tomtom app but having same problem installing the GB map - I tried to copy the cab file to my memory card and tried to run the cab file did not work
Any Ideas ? |
