splash screen

these look really cool and i wouldnt really mind a nice citroen one however
when i turn the tomtom on it goes straight into the map screen and gets a signal ready to go is this normal or should the red hands appear as i only get them when i take the sd card out ?

The red hands only appear if either the SD card is removed, or the TTG has been connected to the PC.

It's the re-boot process.

If you had a splash.bmp it would show, briefly, at switch on and off..

If it's OK by the authors send them to us here and we'll start a new Splash Screen thread with user submissions or upload them to some webspace of your won and use the [img][/img] facility to link to them.
