speed camera poi and tom tom go 700 ?

can anyone tell me were to put the ov2 and bmp files on my new tom tom go 700 ? i can see the western_Europe-map folder but dont know were to put them sorry for sounding a bit thick but i dont know much about these only my hp pda.
