Problem with High speed CF cards

I was wondering if any one else has had this problem. I have just bough an Integral I-Pro 512Mb CF card which a 6MB through put, and have been experiencing some problem with it. I have this configuration in a dual PCMCIA jacket on my 3760 IPAQ in a PCMCIA to CF adapter. One of the problems I’m experiencing is when I am driving along, and I get a POI warning it some time corrupts the icon and the screen does not update until I have passed the POI. Other problems I have had have been the application freezing on me, and when I go into Enable/Disable POI it corrupts the information there to. Does anyone know if TTN5 has a problem access fast CF cards.
