Palm T5: Speed up connecting to "other Bluetooth device

Sometimes if I switch off my BPS Receiver or it goes out of range TTN5 takes for ever to begin re-discovering it. Can I speed this up? I've tried going to the GPS status screens and re-selecting the device but it can still be ages before the 'Searching for BT device' dialog appears. I guess re-starting TTN5 would be the quickest way to re-discovery?

Try installing the update to V5.12, released last week. It seems to me to speed up the discovery (and rediscovery) of the GPS.
