Any issues with selling my TomTom 5?

As I'm now using TomTom Mobile 5 and I'm very happy with it, I'm looking to sell my redundant Pocket PC kit.

It's a TomTom Navigator 5 with maps of Europe (i.e. the upgrade kit). I'm going to be selling it as a package with the PocketPC it was originally activated on, as TomTom ties the software to devices not people I assume there are no particular issues with this?

What about access to the likes of traffic and other downloads? I've used my TomTom Mobile to access traffic but I've never used it on the PocketPC so I assume the free trial will still be valid etc?

yes, this seems to be all ok. (apart from the fine print where TomTom try to prevent you from forwarding your software license to another person)
