Activation Failed on reinstall.

Help. I dropped my PDA and broke it Crying or Very sad

. Subsequently my insurance company sent me a replacement PDA. (was a ipaq 5550 now a 2750)

I am trying to reinstall my copy of TomTom Navigator 3 so I can also install the copy of Navigator 5.

I cant activate my version 3 as it says activation failed.

You don't need to install TT3 before TT5. You should be able to do a clean install of TT5 and activate it again so long as it has been more than 7 days since your first activation. If you have a problem activating TT5 then email Tomtom explaining the situation and the will reset your activation code.
