Good service from Widget UK

Bought a TomTom Mobile 5 for UIQ from this firm this morning. Had to cancel and rang to do this. The young lady I spoke to said it had been processed but would "run downstairs" to try and find the parcel if it was still in the building. All the despatch staff were hunting through all the outgoing stuff for this order.
Although it had been shipped, it was still in the building and they agreed to process it as a return there and then and recredit my card.
Excellent service, will definitely use again, recommended.
