spv200 tt 5 cant see

the story so far ...bought a spv e200 new bt bluetooth reciver and a card with tt 4 the programe loaded ok but would not conect with reciver ..no gps found... someone said on forums that it would not work with tt4 so i bought tt5 copied tt4 to folder on desktop in case ,tried to load tt5 will not show on phone so itried loaDING , after formating card in card rteader ..tt4 again still wont show on phone doing my head in now any help would be greatfully apreciated
