Downloading log files off the NAVMAN 610

Hi,

I have a NAVMAN 610. I was wondering if it was possible to use the log files it can create for each journey as record of the journey and download them to my PC.

I have tried unsuccessfully to download one with SMART ST Desktop. When I try it does some strange things.

First the NMEA Log file button is greyed out when I try to use it unless I refresh the map list then it becomes available for a short time.

When I try and save the log file nothing happens if I save as and select an existing filename it deletes that file. Nice Feature

I did do a search but apologies if this has already been covered

Any help advice greatly appreciated.
