Traffic problem -- Newbie

Hi all

i have just activated the traffic option as part of the trial and already it's getting up my nose !!!!! please i need help.

For some strange reason whenever i try to enable the traffic in tom tom using the "UK FULL MAP" i get the message "no traffic information available for this region" ???? Whats confusing is if i switch to a map of florida, traffic kicks in and i get live updates ??????

My tomtom account shows UK traffic active ??

if anyone can point me in the right direction i'd be grateful

'fraid you need to log a call... The Florida bit is turned on, not the UK
