Best budget GPS & speed camera detector system?

Hi guys, I'm totally new to all this and I'm a bit lost in trying to find a PDA for my brother that has a GPS system built-in and can detect gatos/speed cameras. He asked if I could search out a decent one that didn't cost the earth. Basically all he wants it for is GPS and speed camera detection. Emails, MP3 player and other features really are not an issue.

The first one he suggested to me was this:

I told him that I don't think it can be used to seek the speed cameras. Any ideas?

I realise TomTom Navigator 5 has speed camera detection in there but what is the absolute cheapest device he could get this on? (inc any additional accessories like memory card).

Basically, all I need to know is what's a cheap(est) GPS PDA that can detect speed cameras. Please recommend me some actual products as once I get searching it starts getting confusing!

If you want a built-in GPS then the choices are limited. Have a look at the Mitac Mio 168.
