TomTom Support - Removed the ability to update Questions....

Initially TT replied to support questions with standard replies, now they appear to have reomved the ability to update or reopen your questions.

In my view TT have the worst customer service & support department I have ever delt with, it should be closed as it provides zero help to customers.

You should try ALK (CoPilot), as their Customer-Couldn't-Care-Less department is truely appalling !!
