Medion navigator 4.2 speed cameras

I have Medsion Navigator 4.2 installed onto a Ipaq 3660, everything works great but I'd like to add speed cameras for here and France. I can't find my version on the spped camera page (on this site) and have no idea how to install it onto my GPS.

Help is needed please

For Medion 4.2 you need to purchase the POI-Warner poi overlay program, it's about 30 Euros, as far as I know there is no other way to get poi's with voice alerts.
