can someone help i bought a tomtom wired gps with tomtom 3 from dixons this week have installed on my ppc and have went to get activation code from www.ttcode.com but after i put in my product code it tells me This product can no longer be activated.i have just bought the tomtom 5 upgrade would this stop me from geting the tomtom 3 code |

as far as i understand if you have activated tomtom5 your tomtom3 code is no longer recognised _________________ _________________________

i understand now your queery,
go to tomtom.com and register your email address and a pass word it will then alow you to find your current activation code , hope this helps _________________ _________________________

Did you need to use your TT3 code to get the TT5 upgrade? If so, it disables the TT3 code, I think. _________________ Tim |

hi tim it did ask for the product code so i could upgrade.it also said i might have to wait up to 5 weeks for tt5. does this mean i cant use tt3 will i wait for tt5 |

I would try to get hold of Tomtom Customer Support and explain the situation to them, that you upgraded before activation. Check their website for a number or email address. _________________ Tim |
