iCN510 loses map after sleep

My iCN510 loses its maps after it shuts down to sleep. When I press the power buttion, it says "reloading maps," but then comes up without any map at all.

Has anyone else seen this? There is no reference to this problem on the Navman site.

I've had that a couple of times since upgrading my SD card from the standard to a 1Gb, on both occasions I had nudged/pushed the card edge accidentally and I think it must of somehow lost it's connections momentarily... Are you saying yours does this EVERY time or sometimes? May be worth ejecting the card and checking for dirt/contamination/condensation on the contacts?
