I am trying to install TT5 onto my HP HX4700 but I receive a message 'unknown device architecture' Error, can anyone shed some light into this.

I had this too. I then started up the TTN upgrade without the device in its cradle - partway through it told me it couldn't find it, then i connected it and it worked fine?!

I had the same problem... and I just kept trying, and suddenly it worked... dont know why, but hope this gives you some confidence that you can get it to work!!
