MAP FAILURE ON TOM TOM 5

I am having major problems with my map. Everytime I go into map view ie God view, The map works fine until I zoom out far or move around. When I do that the programme closes and I have to restart it. Any ideas ? Is this a common problem with TT5 ?

You may have the "No POI found" or Crash to today screen problem.

To find out, in the map view select Options..POI and uncheck all POI's and then try browsing the map.
