TOMTOM GO Which Chipset does it use ?

Does anyone know which chipset the tomtom go 300,500 and 700 use ? Do they use sirf II chipset or the new sirf III ?

My understanding is that it is the SiRFII chipset, the Rider is supposed to have the III.
