TT5 & PIM Integration?

Has anyone had any luck getting the PIM integration to work with TT5?

It's installed on my machine (even manually installed from the CAB to make sure it's all there). I have a folder called "Contacts Navigation" in the program files directory, and it's full of "PIMAddIn" DLL's, but I can't see any mention of how to navigate to addresses in your contact list either in TT or the (pretty pathetic IMHO) CD based manual.

I use Pocket Informant and PocketBreeze rather than the default Outlook PIM, and I am suffering from the BlueAngel no onscreen keyboard problem, so I don't know if that has any baring on the PIM integration?

Anyone had any luck with it?

You have to use the standard Outlook PIM, and even then it's pathetic because in 99% of cases the address will not be what TomTom expects it to be (spelling, city name etc. ) Don't waste your time with that.

It's beyond me why you have to specify both city and ZIP code in the search form. Completely useless in the US.
