Map Updates

Does anyone know if you can get map updates for the ICN510?
I have owned one for just one day, planned 2 routes and it has failed on both of them. The worst being a route which involved travelling south from the M6 to the M42 to the M40 and then final destination. However the Navman seems completely unaware of junction 4a which directly connects the M6 with the M42 and sends you some scenic route regardless of which settings you use. If you then try and go the correct way it can't re-calculate and basically says it is lost !! As this is so fundamental i am beginning to wonder if i have made the right choice here. Does anyone have any ideas?

I've had that problem, finally told me it couldn't calculate a route.....
