Navman cant see SDcard

ok down loaded a file called "iCN5xx_3_UK20041027.exe" from the navman site - I was expecting this to be SP1.

first off it installed / updated ok - all the file copying was done.
disconnected the unit as the instrucations said resetting the machine

then it wouldn't get past the smart ST V3 screen ( after a few pop up boxes restore/backup type)

so I tries a reinstall seemed to go ok - unit now boots up ok - GPS part works ok

BUT I hasn't got any map information
if I try to reload the maps from the CD the options to put them on the SD card are greyed out and it says not supported.

Any ideas ? or a contact tel-nos for Navman coz the e-mail is taking ages to reply !

seems something went wrong with the SP1 upgrade and stuffed my SD card - reinstall of SP1 and reformat of SD card solved problem
