TeleAtlas or TomTom at Fault ?

Recently got my Go300 and am delighted with it :D .

However, it does a very odd thing when taking the junction between the M62 (heading Eastbound) and the M1 (Northbound) - I have tried this 3 times now.

The screen map looks correct and guides me off in the left filter lane but the voice commands tell me again and again to keep right (on the M62) until too late then tells me to turn left.

If I didn't know my way anyway here I would probably end up wrongly still on the M62 instead of taking the exit for the M1.

Everything works perfectly the other way - ie M1 South onto M62 west.

This junction was changed about 4-5 years ago when the M1 extension was added.

Does this sound like a teleatlas fault or is the tomtom misinterpreting somehow and wrongly voicing this junction ?
