Nokia 6630 and Tomtom

Sorry for being such a Noob but if anyone could help me with the following points I would be grateful.
I am thinking of getting Tomtom Mobile for my 6630. Firstly will this work with my 6630?
I will be buying a BT GPS receiver , now I heard I will need to get a patch for this as it is unlikely I will be using an official TomTom GPS receiver. Are these easy to get hold of?
