Has any one contacted Tom Tom latley as I am for an Activation Code as I had to cahange new XDA2i as it kept freezing up at least 15 times tofay so o2 says faulty and as I have all ready done it twice so it will not let me do it again

I have email them with recipts but no luck

Try to phone and fax them nubers do not exsist

Any Ideas Thanks

have you tried formatting the sd card and reinstalling the maps what type of receiver are you useing

New SD Card

XDA 2i
using bluetooth tomtom reciver had it for an IPAQ work well no probs works well with XDA2i just freezes every few mile s have to do soft reset 15 Time today

uncheck the receive all incoming beams and in the properties turn go to poi right a the top there is a check button saying display poi uncheck this then exit and restart tomtom try that it worked for the 2210 there is rom upgrade due for the 2i if that doesnt work then try formatting your sd card
