I have installed tomtom navigator 3,but my gps globalsat bt-338 dosen´t work with the software...what should i do...?I appreciate if somebody could help me...

I have just installed tom tom nav 3 and i have the globalsat bt-338 and everything is working fine.
Give us more info. Have you checked the tomtom settings (com port etc)?

I'am working with Windows Mobile 2003SE,and my pocketpc id ipaq hx2750,i have heard that i have to install this updates Navigator 3.07 and GPS 3.07 for the tomtom 3....Did you installed these updates ?when i run the tomtom3 the program says that does not find my gps,and my gps is
automatically shuted down...i start again the gps(the gps is working) , run tomtom and then the same problem persists...Do you thinks is beacuse i d'ont have the updates installed...

Download 3.07, which comes with a BT GPS driver which works.
I would recommend 3.07 (and I do have a BT-338 as well) as it also has bug fixes in it.
Also, you have not mentioned whether or not you have specified the ports and speeds in the GPS setup of TomTom. _________________ iPhone5, TomTom, Google maps, Navfree, Viewranger and Apple Maps (ekk) |
