WM2005 and ttn5

Must make developers weep.......

WM2005 was announced yesterday with dell promising to update x50 range of ppc to new os and HP doing the same for some ipaqs.

Guess tomtom and all other software will require a major rewrite as WM2005 will change how and where progrmas are installed onto devices.

Activesync 4 is also launching soon.

I think (and I have read it on this forum) that TomTom have Beta (and probably Gold code now Micorshaft have announced it) copies of WM2005 and ActiveSync and are already testing it. I think this is probably the biggest reason for the phased "lateness" of the Pocket Version of TTN5.

Not really deep and meaniful, but an idea of the reasons for the delays.
