Symbian MapEditor and Power Navigation and POI off roads

This isn't quite the right place for this I fear, but there is no general symbian GPS forum and this IS the busiest one.

So in the hope more people read this than in the beg lounge...

Has any one tried Power Navigation & MapEditior http://www.symbianware.com/product.php?id=mapeditor

I'm hoping it would be something I could use with my BT GPS , Nokia 6600 and horse or walking boots )

TomTom etc are fine but not so great off roads and I've been looking for something that might be. This looks possible ? Is anyone more experianced with this sort of stuff than me & can give their thoughts ?

BTW it is slightly TomTom related as MapEditor will export at ov2. So related to that if I put a poi off road will TT guide me to it or ignore me completly or to the point on a road nearest to it ?
