Has anyone else had problems using TT3 within Birmingham City Centre? It got us to Birmingham fine, even managed to handle spaghetti junction with perfect instructions, but actually driving around the centre looking for Albert St car park was a nightmare. It constantly jumped from street to street and got itself really confused, some roads that look to have been around for a while wern't even on the map. I hope they improve the mapping with TT5, as although it got us there in the end it wasn't as easy as it should have been!

Well I did wonder that, so I double checked on my way out and I still had 6 satellites.

I've just had a look at an official Birmingham Cap Parks map here (map ref E8 ) and it's a lot different to the same area in TT3 which seems to have some big gaps (001 53 35 W long, 052 28 51 N lat). I'm not sure how old the missing roads are though, I will report it to TeleAtlas but I imagine it has already been done.

birmingham city centre has had some serious work done on it in the last couple of years so the map data will probably be out of date as navigator was last years release and the map data is oct 2003 i think ( and am probably wrong) but v5 should fix some of these problems when its released
