Memory Allocation Failed?

Can anybody help?

I have just purchased a loox 720 with Mobile Navigator 4 as a bundle. But after struggling through the installation, I at last got it installed...But after trying to run it, it came up with the error message Memory allocation failed Line: 5044 Error:8. It has also started saying Storage memory is critically low and to increase it. Now I have installed Navigator ( with only the GB map installed ) to my SD-MM card which is 256MB it says I have 243.13MB Total storage. In use 112 free 131.13. So have can it say storage is low?
The total Main is 123.23 but it also says allocated 109.96 In use 109.02 Free 0.94MB. Is this the main storage? I haven't installed anything to the main storage it only has the programs it came with.

I would appreciate any solutions.

The "Main" is your RAM memory in the PDA, and indeed it is critically low. Did you by any chance install maps into main memory?

I looked around and found some maps all over the place, if you see what I mean. So as I had just got the 720 I decided to return it to it's delivered state. Which I have now done, now I have 49MB free. So now I have another go at installing it................to the SD-MM card, Sigh
