any one know if you can use 2 or more bt devices at the same time eg hands free and sat nav?

You can so long as they use different BT profiles. GPS uses BT SPP (serial port profile), headset use the BT handsfree profile.

I use an XDAII with BT GPS and BT Headset, works fine.
