How to load Sound Files?!?

Hi,
Anyone know how to install the sound files that come with Tom Tom downloads? Tried but no joy.

The .WAV files won't work with TTG. You can however use the POI alerts found at http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/tomtom-go-poi-alerts.php

Will this work on App 5.000?
