How to cultivate an ulcer (with Haicom sauce)

last saturday, I bought a Haicom HI 401 BTS to use on my HP hx4700

Haicom is very reluctant to give information on installing the device. I'm very unhappy not to be able to use it. Since it was very misty last night, we started all-over this monday morning. Can somebody give me a nicely numbered list from start till end on how to install and produce a workable PDA with Autoroute 2003 for GPS ? let's say List A, working BT ? List B what software from Haicom do I need and why do they keep on telling me to use NT ? Especially after they told me that their own soft wouldn't work in the SE from windows CE ?

Some of you have a 4700, propably with a BT, do you experience the same problems ? I must admit, it's the nicest desk-clock I ever had.
And if by any chance these items are to be found somewhere else on this web, could anybody tell me where ? Thank you so much in advance.
